Trauma-informed, systems-aware therapy for adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, and major life transitions. Move beyond survival toward a steadier, more self-directed way of living.
Liberation Counseling & Consulting, PLLC
Liberation Counseling and Consulting offers trauma-informed, systems-aware therapy grounded in the understanding that distress does not exist in a vacuum. Care here is collaborative and relational, supporting clients in restoring self-trust, strengthening agency, and moving beyond survival toward a steadier, more self-directed way of living.
Who I Work With
I work with adults (18+) from a wide range of backgrounds who are navigating burnout, chronic stress, and major life transitions. Many come to therapy after rupture within workplace, family, or institutional systems, or long periods of carrying more responsibility than was ever meant to be theirs.
Experiencing workplace burnout, harassment, or being repeatedly overlooked
Navigating sudden role changes, layoffs, or institutional disappointment
Feeling depleted, disoriented, or disconnected from yourself
Ready to move beyond survival toward clarity and self-directed living
Together, we work toward strengthening self-trust, clarity, and agency, supporting ways of caring for yourself that feel intentional, aligned, and sustainable, rather than driven by survival.

Meet Your Therapist
Davina Linguist is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a grounded, relational, and systems-informed approach to therapy. She works primarily with adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, and major life transitions, often following experiences of rupture within workplace, family, or institutional systems.
"Before entering clinical practice, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership, talent acquisition, and DEI strategy, which deeply informs how I understand not just individual distress, but the environments in which it develops."
Her approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from multiple therapeutic frameworks while centering relational attunement, systems awareness, and client-led pacing. As Founder and CEO, Davina also brings her clinical insight into consultation, wellness programming, and partnerships that support healthier, more humane systems of work and care.
Open to incorporating faith and spiritual beliefs. Faith is never imposed or assumed: it may be gently integrated as a source of meaning, grounding, resilience, or identity when it is important to the client.
